Richard "Dick" Grayson.
Once upon a time there was a boy on a trapzee. When everything around him came tumbling down there was a Bat who caught him and carried him away. Since then he's grown up; he outgrew his little bird wings and his bird of prey wings and then tried on some Batwings himself. Now he doesn't have any wings at all anymore but that won't stop him from flying.
